Former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has appealed to the Anglican Church to pray for Nigeria and President Ahmed Tinubu.
Speaking at a thanksgiving service honoring the acting state chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Tony Okocha, Wike urged the church to seek divine guidance for the nation and its leader.
“My Lord Bishop, I implore you to pray for Nigeria and Mr. President,” Wike said. “Let us ask God to strengthen him in fulfilling all the promises he has made to our nation.”
Wike emphasized the importance of prayer in supporting the government’s efforts to deliver on its commitments to the people. CONTINUE READING
