Pastor Sam Adeyemi, founder of Daystar Christian Centre, has emphasized the crucial role of critical thinking in churches, especially given the rise of false prophecies in Nigeria.
In an interview with TVC News, Adeyemi addressed the issue of pastors prophesying about political outcomes. He urged Christians to exercise discernment and not blindly accept such prophecies.
“Prophecies are nothing new,” he said. There is prophecy on one hand, and there are people listening to it. My warning to Christians is for them to go to church with their brains.”
