Muller Vice Bayern Munich’s Thomas Muller Accuses Real Madrid Star Of ‘Listening For The Tactics’ As He Hijacks Live TV Interview

Bayern Munich icon Thomas Muller made his 150th Champions League appearance in the thrilling 2-2 draw against Real Madrid.

After the semi-final first leg, Muller appeared on CBS Sports and was asked if he felt like an old man at 34. Before he could answer, opponent Aurelien Tchouameni interrupted.

Muller chuckled and winked at the midfielder, quipping, “Tchouameni is listening for the tactics for the next game.”

Tchouameni then approached the camera and shook hands with Muller, adding to the lighthearted moment.

Muller played a key role in the draw, which saw Bayern rally from behind with goals from Leroy Sane and Harry Kane before Real Madrid equalized.

The German star made his Champions League debut against Sporting Lisbon in 2009 and has since won the competition twice (2013 and 2020). He is now aiming to reach the final for the fifth time, but Bayern must overcome Real Madrid at the Bernabeu.

Muller, who owns a horse named Dave, is now the sixth-highest appearance maker in Champions League history, behind Cristiano Ronaldo, Iker Casillas, Lionel Messi, Karim Benzema, and Xavi.
