For the sixth consecutive day, the Nigerian Naira depreciated against the US Dollar in the official foreign exchange market. According to data from the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market (NAFEM), the Naira traded at N1,309.88 to $1 on Thursday, April 23, 2024.
This represents a loss of N1.36 compared to the previous closing rate of N1,308.52 to $1 on Tuesday. The intraday trading range was wide, with the Naira fluctuating between N1,435/$1 and N1,100/$1, resulting in a spread of N335/$1. CONTINUE READING
