A pretty girl has sent the internet into a wailing hub after ending her life due to a broken heart
Nafisatu Latif, a 22-year-old Nkawie, Toase resident, is said to have killed herself because she thought her boyfriend might be unfaithful.
Using a friend as bait, Nafisatu made the desperate decision to see how loyal her boyfriend would be and learn more about her true feelings for him.
The friend she used, unfortunately, did not provide any feedback and was rumored to have started dating Nafisatu’s boyfriend. As a result, the test took an unexpected turn, and the couple ended up conversing for nearly a month.
The tragic culmination of the situation occurred last Saturday when the young woman, consumed by despair, tried to take her own life by ingesting poison. Her condition worsened even after she was taken to Nkawie Government Hospital on Saturday night.
Nonetheless, she was sent to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, where she died this past Monday at first light, shocking and grieving the neighborhood.
