BREAKING: War Looms As Head Of Lebanon’s Hezbollah Threatens Israel, Cyprus In Televised Address

Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah declared on Wednesday that no part of Israel would be spared in a full-scale conflict between the two adversaries. His statement follows months of sporadic exchanges of fire between Hezbollah and Israel, coinciding with the Gaza war.

In a televised address, Nasrallah asserted that Hezbollah possesses “a bank of targets” for precision strikes within Israeli territory. He further warned that Israel’s “presence in the Mediterranean is also a major concern… It must now brace itself for our offensive on land, in the air, and at sea.”

Israel Prepares for Offensive

Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz had previously indicated that a decision on an all-out war with Hezbollah was imminent. Israel’s military has also confirmed the approval and validation of operational plans for an offensive in Lebanon.

Hezbollah Threatens Cyprus

Nasrallah also issued a threat to Cyprus, the EU member state closest to Lebanon. He accused Cyprus of allowing Israel to use its airports and bases for military exercises, and warned that “the Cypriot government has become part of the war” and will face Hezbollah’s retaliation.
