Gold disclosed that certain individuals who were expected to offer support during her time of grief instead propositioned her for romantic relationships.
“My late husband’s family claimed I wasn’t his legal wife because they hadn’t accompanied him to my parents’ house for a formal marriage proposal,” she stated.
“Some of my late husband’s friends that are supposed to help me wanted to sleep with me.
“I have three grown-up children that have completed secondary school, but I have no money to send them to the university because I have no helpers.”
Furthermore, she revealed that despite having three adult children who had completed secondary school, she lacked the financial means to support their university education due to a lack of assistance.
