On Sunday, April 21, 2024, a 49-year-old woman named Victoria Idowu was found hanging from a ceiling fan in her bedroom in the Magboro area of Ogun State.
Her son discovered her lifeless body upon returning from church and promptly alerted authorities. The police from the Ibafo Division arrived at the scene and confirmed the incident.
According to police spokesperson Omolola Odutola, no suicide note was found. An investigation is currently underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
