Of What Use Is Running Away From The Law, When At The End One Will Submit Himself? – Shehu Sani On Yahaya Bello Saga

Former Senator Shehu Sani of Kaduna Central has questioned the motives behind the reported attempt by former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello to evade the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC).

In a Friday evening post on his official Twitter handle, Sani expressed bewilderment at Bello’s alleged flight from law enforcement agencies. He emphasized that ultimately, Bello would be obliged to face the consequences of his alleged economic and financial crimes.

“Of what use is running away from the law enforcement agencies when at the end one will have to submit himself; and especially for a young man who had the exceptional privilege of holding one of the most important positions in the country?,” Sani wrote.
